One of our first forays into the this project type in Seattle, the attachment point between the SFR/AADU is minimized so that all three units read distinctly as separate homes from the street, with the SFR facing the street and the ADU’s fronting the side alley with pavered parallel parking to give a welcoming arrival experience.
