A mid-century modern home was updated with a new kitchen that supports separate baking, prep, and cooking areas as well as a beverage center next to the peninsula. A new primary bath brought privacy to a formerly open plan space, and a shower in the skylight adds drama to the retro tile on the back wall. Two additional baths received new tile, cabinetry, and fixtures. Existing aluminum windows were replaced with low-profile vinyl for improved energy efficiency, and a custom walnut and steel mantel was added to the existing stone hearth in the Family Room. New flooring as well as updated lighting and electrical was installed throughout.
